THE RESTAURANT METHOD · WEEKLY RECIPES

Build once,
eat all week.

One shopping list. One two-hour prep session. Four dinners for the workweek, and a fifth on Friday that turns what is left into something new.

HOW THIS SECTION WORKS

A real week of meal prep, the way a restaurant does it.

Every week here is a complete plan, not a collection of separate recipes. You shop once from a single list, and every ingredient on it is chosen to work across all four dishes, so nothing sits in the fridge waiting for a purpose.

Then you prep once. In about two hours, the oven, the stovetop and the cutting board all work at the same time, the way a restaurant kitchen runs its morning prep. Grains simmer while vegetables roast, sauces come together while the slaw is cut, and by the end you have the building blocks for the whole week.

Monday through Thursday, each dinner takes minutes to finish. On Friday, whatever is left becomes a fifth dish, so the week ends with an empty fridge instead of forgotten containers.

01

Shop once

One shopping list for the whole week, grouped by store section and marked with the dishes each ingredient goes into.

02

Prep once

A two-hour session laid out step by step, so the oven, the stove and the cutting board are all working at once.

03

Eat all week

Four dinners, Monday to Thursday, each finished in minutes, plus a Friday remix built from what is left.

EVERY RECIPE SERVES TWO

Made for two, easy to adjust.

Every week, every recipe is written for two servings. That makes the numbers simple to scale for however many people are at your table.

COOKING FOR ONE

Keep it as is

You can cut everything in half, but I recommend cooking it as written. You will have lunches ready for the next day, or a good reason to invite a friend over for dinner.

COOKING FOR TWO

Cook as written

One shopping list, one prep session, dinner for both of you all week.

FAMILY OF THREE

Keep it as is

With a small child at the table, cook the recipes as written. No one will be starving, I promise.

FAMILY OF FOUR

Double it

Double every quantity. The prep session takes a little longer, and the method stays exactly the same.

THE TWO-HOUR SESSION

Everything cooks at the same time.

A sample of how a session is laid out. Every week comes with its own timeline, built for that week's dishes.
